Breakfast Cones

Yields 4 Servings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon confectioner’s sugar (optional)
  • ½ cup fresh or canned fruit of your choice
  • 4 flat-bottom ice cream cones

Instructions

  • Step 1

    Combine cottage cheese, confectioners’ sugar and vanilla. Mix together until smooth.

  • Step 2

    Stir in fruit.

  • Step 3

    Spoon ¼ of the cheese mixture into each cone.
