Breakfast Banana Split

Yields 1 Serving


  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 8 oz. container of vanilla and strawberry yogurt (or yogurt of your choice)
  • Your favorite whole-grain cereal or granola
  • Raisins, or your favorite dried or fresh fruit
  • 1 small squirt of whipped cream (optional)

  • Step 1

    Slice a banana length-wise and place halves on each side of bowl.

  • Step 2

    Place 1 scoop each of 3 different flavored yogurts between banana halves.

  • Step 3

    Sprinkle on cereal, granola, and raisins or nuts.

  • Step 4

    Top with whipped cream. (Optional)
