Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen unsweetened strawberries
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen unsweetened raspberries
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  • Step 1

    Place the milk and berries in a blender; cover and process until smooth.

  • Step 2

    Add ice cubes; cover and process until smooth.

Notes

- Try using low-fat yogurt instead of milk.
- For a more fruity taste, use a fruit juice instead of milk.
- You can add other kinds of fresh or frozen fruit in addition to, or instead of, strawberries and raspberries.
